One week at a time: work, paychecks, bills, spending, savings, and debt.
“Planned” counts toward your forecast; “Worked” confirms your hours. “Off” removes the shift. Edit individual days whenever demand changes. OT is estimated as weekly paid hours above 40.
Your goal is optional. You can go under or over it without losing your entries.
Templates use 7 AM weekdays, 6 AM Saturdays, Wednesday ending at 3:30 PM, and Sunday off. They replace the selected week's shifts; recorded “Worked” days are preserved. You can change every shift afterward.
Weekly allowance is a planning allocation, not a bank balance. View Weekly money to track purchases and see upcoming paydays.
Paid bill checkboxes are in Bill calendar. To avoid counting bills twice, record purchases here only for non-bill spending.
Your existing $4,905.26 total is kept as the overall monthly bill budget. Individual bills help place payments in the correct week; they are not added to that total again. A one-month change updates the selected month and that week’s bill totals. The monthly budget forecast adjusts by the change in amount. Paid checkmarks are saved for each occurrence.
Add the bills from your screenshots whenever you're ready. The app will automatically place each one into the correct week.
Choose what to change.
Minimum payments are assumed already included in the monthly bills total. Don't add them a second time.
Balances are entered manually. This is a tracker, not an interest-accurate amortization forecast. Update balances after payments post.
The pair of Monday–Sunday weeks is a planning window, not a verified employer pay period. Change the pay-period start in Settings to align it with your payroll. Paychecks may include overtime from an earlier period.
Uses your known ADP estimates: 0, 25, 30, and 34 weekly overtime hours when each week matches. Other hours use linear interpolation/extrapolation. Actual withholding, overtime timing, and payroll rules may differ.
Assumes two paychecks like the selected two-week estimate.
Your $500 monthly savings is included in the budget. The remainder is extra money potentially available for debt payments. It is not a bank balance or a guarantee of cash available today.
| Week beginning | Worked | Projected total | Projected OT | OT goal | Progress |

Recorded weeks remain available even when your schedule changes. Hours marked “Worked” are tracked separately from planned hours.
Your hourly wage is stored for reference. Take-home estimates use your ADP take-home points, not gross pay times a flat tax rate. The Monday anchor is editable because your actual payroll cutoff wasn't provided.
These are editable planning amounts. Include your minimum debt payments in “Bills and debt minimums” and add extra payments from what remains.
